Casino had a nice variety of slots and table games. The room cleanliness was a concern, with dust and some maintenance issues.

The river view from the room was stunning. Check-in took ages, and there were issues with the key cards. The casino has a decent variety of gaming options, which was fun. Food service in the restaurant was extremely slow.

The room had a pleasant design but revealed issues upon closer inspection. Bedding was torn and had stains; we requested new linens. The mattress felt worn, and pillows had odd lumps. Temperature control was functional, keeping the room comfortable. Noise levels were manageable, though the hallway was dirty, with crumbs and debris lingering outside my door all week. A few electrical outlets were needed near the bed for a CPAP machine. The shower didn't drain, but maintenance addressed it quickly. attention to these details would enhance the comfort and overall experience.

Great location and spectacular views. The upper-level room facing the river was a highlight, and the parking deck was convenient. Room service and initial dining experiences were impressive. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. the stay was marred by significant issues. No hot water upon arrival, with the boiler reportedly down for weeks. While I appreciated the manager's effort to move us and offer compensation, it felt inadequate given the circumstances. The hotel reeked of smoke, and my room showed signs of neglect—stains, dust, and an overall lack of cleanliness. Changes and improvements are needed.

the property is quite run down, with outdated facilities and cleanliness issues that need urgent attention. While the view of the river was nice, it wasn't enough to warrant a return visit.

The first room I was given was filthy, with broken furniture and a terrible smell. It took forever to get a new room, and I had to wait in line just to report the issues.

We hit the jackpot on the slot machines and enjoyed the cool events they had going on. The staff was super chill and made sure we had a great time. We even saw some big winners celebrating - talk about goals!
One thing that could make it even more fun for us party animals would be if they hosted more late-night events for us to dance the night away! .

Charming staff, charming service with a wonderful woman downstairs who made exceptional coffee and remembered my name from my previous stay, making me feel truly valued during my visit.
Almost perfect.

During my stay, I found it incredibly convenient to explore the Shreveport area, as attractions like the Shreveport Aquarium and Caddo Parish Confederate Monument are just a short walk away, making it easy to soak in the local culture and sights; plus, with an array of dining options just steps away, I never ran out of places to eat. The hotel itself was clean, pet friendly, and featured a big garden tub which my wife loved, but some areas in the hotel could use updates to enhance the overall experience.

Check-in was smooth and the view of the river from my room was stunning. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help, and my bed felt like a cloud.
It wasn't the most affordable option, but it's worth it.

The staff remained professional and polite, which was a plus during my second stay, but the experience was disappointing overall. The city-side room offered a view of the parking structure, while cleaning was noticeably lacking—hair in the shower and sticky carpets made it uncomfortable. Parking was a hassle; I navigated a long walk to the garage with no help and even got stuck in the elevator. Food quality was still a standout. Unfortunately, I’ll likely seek another hotel next time, as the property feels run down and not up to expectations.

First off, let's start with the positives. The room itself was pretty spacious and clean, which I appreciated. The bathroom was top-notch, with some really nice amenities like free toiletries. I also liked the fact that the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had to leave early due to a family emergency, and they didn't charge me for the day I missed, which was a kind gesture. On the flip side, there were a few things that could use some improvement. The bed was a tad too firm for my liking, and there weren't enough covers, so I ended up feeling a bit chilly at night. the noise from neighboring rooms could be quite bothersome, especially late at night. One major gripe I had was the lack of in-room microwaves. I had to go down to the restaurant to heat up my food, which was a bit inconvenient, especially considering the price I paid. the stay wasn't perfect, but it had its ups and downs. The room had its flaws, but the river and boardwalk view from my window was absolutely stunning. It's definitely a mixed bag, so just keep these points in mind if you're considering staying at Bally's.

I had an absolute blast enjoying the vibrant casino filled with thrilling games! The spa was pure bliss, and I loved unwinding in the jacuzzi after a long day. The staff were so friendly and made every moment feel special!
Would definitely recommend! 🎉❤️

The casino is a visual treat, full of vibrant colors. The staff in the restaurant have real charm and can whip up a mean breakfast. My server, Bella, was a star! She was thoughtful and made me feel welcome.
The floors could really use a good scrub.

I chose Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel for its convenient location near the Texas Street Bridge, a landmark I was eager to visit. The friendly slot staff provided exceptional VIP treatment, making my stay feel extraordinary. The lively lounge offered the best live entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere for happy hour.
Double charged, unclear explanation.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely atmosphere. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy local attractions.
Some rooms had issues with dampness and water pressure, making things a bit uncomfortable. there were delays during check-out due to only one staff member being available at the front desk, causing some inconvenience.

The energetic atmosphere made every game thrilling, and we celebrated jackpot winners like rockstars! The event department offered top-notch entertainment for the whole family.
My wife says that the hotel should have more family-friendly activities.

Staff and betting options make the sportsbook a blast. Spa treatments are heavenly. The Problem Gambling Help-Line offers support 24/7.
I had the pleasure of staying in a room that apparently has never met a vacuum cleaner.

we loved the spacious and well-furnished room at Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel. the staff was friendly and provided easy check-in and check-out. the location was great and the free parking was convenient. Our taxi driver, Sonny from VIP, was excellent and the nearby Hooters on the boardwalk was a great experience. the casino, walkways, and lobby smelled amazing, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Nothing 😕

The rooms were spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. The hotel's central location provided easy access to stores, casinos, and restaurants on-site. The elegant and upscale interior, including a jetted tub, added a touch of luxury to our stay.
Disappointingly, the cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue, with feces smeared on bathroom walls and dirty carpets. Lack of daily room cleaning, unrefreshed amenities, and a strong smoke smell in non-smoking rooms were significant downsides.

the king room was super roomy - the king bed was great, and the bathroom had 5-star tub - shower, and counter space. the friendly staff made our stay so welcoming. the breakfast buffet was excellent - better than margaritaville!

Our bathroom in the one bedroom suite was a highlight of our girls' weekend getaway. We indulged in relaxing bubble baths and enjoyed spacious showers. The room itself was large and comfortable, with clean linens and a beautiful view. The staff was polite and helpful, and the steakhouse provided great service. The conveniently located hotel made it easy to escape the daily grind for a quick weekend recharge.
Room cleanliness left something to be desired, with dirty walls, dusty lamps, and buildup in light fixtures. A deep cleaning is definitely needed to match the hotel's four-star status.

Our room was not adequately stocked with standard amenities and towels, but the bellman service was excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.
